Nestled a few blocks away from our current location, Fox House Brewing came to be when our then 3-year-old daughter first saw pictures of our new home online. Enchanted by the tiny fox knick-knacks scattered throughout, she declared it "The Fox House". This endearing connection between family and brewing led us to where we are today—preparing to bring Fox House Brewing to Farnsworth Ave.
With 15 years of homebrewing experience, Chris, the founder of Fox House Brewing, is not your typical brewmaster. By day, he is a humble attorney, but by night (and weekends), he's the creative force behind our unique concoctions.
Craft brewing is a perpetual journey into excitement—a never-ending exploration of grains, hops, yeast, adjuncts, and unique flavors. Embracing his Peter Pan complex, Chris remains that excited little kid, always seeking "something new, something special."
